DYW LED had the fantastic opportunity to attend the first-ever Flat Roofing Open Doors Day at CITB College Inchinnan, alongside pupils from St Ninian’s High School, East Dunbartonshire, and educators. This amazing and inspirational event provided real industry insights, hands-on training, and direct employer engagement.👷♂️👷♀️
A huge thank you to the employers and industry partners who made this possible. Pupils received practical training, engaged in career talks, and had the opportunity to submit their CVs through a dedicated drop-box, which will be shared with attending employers—an incredible chance for young talent to connect with industry leaders.✅️
