No Wrong Path

We recognise that some young people may feel disheartened by their results or current circumstances. We aim to demonstrate that many people in interesting job roles across Scotland may not have taken a straight, obvious or traditional path to get there – and that there is #NoWrongPath.

#NoWrongPath aims to show young people the options that are available to them and that results are not necessarily the key to unlocking future success.

Inspiring Young Minds

Young people are the future of Scotland, and it’s a team effort to support them to prepare for the world of work. At DYW, we have witnessed the positive impacts of work inspiration and preparation activities.

Delivering Meaningful Work Placements

Work placements are mutually beneficial to young people and employers. By providing young people with an invaluable experience of the world of work, you can help them to make informed career choices, develop skills and confidence in the workplace and build their networks.

Mentoring Young People; Good Practice for Mentors

Whether you’re mentoring young people through work placements, apprenticeships or jobs this free training workshop offers practical insights and guidance to hone the skills required.
