How Does it Work?
The programme runs over two years across the whole Glasgow City Region. Currently, we are focusing on Year 1 and looking for employers to host at least one workplace visit.
Year 1: From January 2026, groups of 10, S3 pupils will visit your workplace between 10.00am – 2.00pm, on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, to gain insights into your sector through interactive activities. Support in developing day plans for activity is available. A youth worker will transport and accompany the pupils and lunch, if not provided, is covered by the GROW team.
Year 2: Pupils will have the opportunity to complete a one-week individual work experience placement.
